Non-Returnable Items:

Due to the nature of our service, items purchased on Greenr Gifts — namely, the planting of trees — cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense once they are planted. Our mission involves a commitment to the environment, and every gift is a step towards a greener planet.

Order Cancellation and Refunds:

We recognize that there may be occasions when an order is placed by mistake, or circumstances might arise leading to a reconsideration of the gift. In cases where fraud is suspected, or if you believe an order was made in error, we are prepared to assist you.

Decision on Refunds: After reviewing your case, if we determine that a refund is warranted due to an error on our part, a mistaken order, or proven fraud, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment. We will communicate our decision and the next steps via email.
