Shipping & Delivery Policy

Most Greenr Gifts tree gifts are delivered by email, not physical mail. At checkout, provide the recipient’s correct email address and select the date you want the gift delivered. On that date, the recipient is emailed your personal note, a digital certificate in their name, and access to a dashboard with planting-project details and updates. You also receive an email with a copy of the certificate and access to your dashboard.

Certificate delivery is not confirmation that planting has already taken place. The dashboard shows where trees are being planted and provides project updates; planting and verification depend on the project. We do not promise a planting date or individual GPS coordinates or photos for every tree.

If an email is missing, delayed, or sent incorrectly, check the address provided and your spam folder, then contact support@greenr.gifts with your order details. We’ll review delivery errors and help correct them. Refund requests are reviewed case by case under our Refund Policy; please allow up to seven business days for a response.
