Terminalia bellirica, commonly known as Baheda, is a large deciduous tree native to South and Southeast Asia. It has oval-shaped leaves, pale yellow flowers, and distinctive, egg-shaped fruits. The dried fruits are a key ingredient in the traditional Ayurvedic formulation Triphala, known for promoting digestion and detoxification.
